We Are Back From Banff

Wow!!! What an amazing time we had in Banff, skiing, eating, skiing, shopping, shopping...I think I have finally caught my breath and just might get some stampin' done tonight ~ sure hope so ~ I haven't created in about 3 weeks now, I think I've lost my Mojo...you'll have to pop by tomorrow and see what I came up with tonight! But in the mean time, would you please take a peek at just a few pictures from Banff ~ I'd love to share our little vacation with you ~
we blasted from home in the wee hours of the day and over nighted in Calgary ~ our daughter and her family flew in and met up with us at the hotel
 the boys at the waterpark!

Technique Tuesday, Adoring Hearts ~ #denisewillerton #stampinchezmoi #stampinupcanada

Hello friends and I want to wish you a Blessed Happy New Year!!!  A year filled with love, hope and peace!!! And I want to welcome you here, to the first Technique Tuesday of the year.  The call for this Technique is using the Brayer!  Oh boy, I haven't used my Brayer in years...so here we go!! Did you see this new Embossing Folder?  It's from the new Adoring Hearts Bundle and wow!!! what a Bundle this is, we have the Stamp Set, Embossing Hybrid Folder, and the Dies, that work with the Embossing Folder.  So whenever you have an Embossing Folder, that is Hybrid, well, that means you Die Cut and Emboss at the same time...Easy Peasy and AMAZING!!! So what I did was, with my Blackberry Bliss Stamp Pad, I inked Brayered the inside of the Embossing Folder, then carefully laid the Die into the Embossing Folder, placed a 6" x 6" piece of Basic White CS, into the folder!  Ran that through my Cut & Emboss Machine and voilà Stampin Dimensionals behind these sweet hearts and
