Stampin' Chez Moi

I created this card with a layout challenge in mind, went to get things together for my entry and realized that I was 8 hours late! I guess I need to learn to read the fine print ~ our little grandson had a sleep over last night (such fun)...put him down for a nap...and then I realized I was late ~ I then found 3 challenges  that I would qualify for ~ I'm not sure if that is against the rules...but here's a peek! The challenge from PPA78 was to use a ribbon in your creation, from FTTC102 was to use hardware ~ this was perfect as I created a note card, my SU Library Clip was exactly what my card was calling for. The CTD126 was to play with the following colors I had already created my note card, loved creating this, I found this idea while I was looking around and popped in on Becky Roberts (she's amazing, you really should pay her a visit. What a crazy week ~ all fun, but non-stop and no time for stampin' other than grabbing a minute here and another one there. So this card took me ALL week to finish. First of all the color is a real stretch for me! When I saw the challenge on Paper Pals , I couldn't get it out of my head, I knew I needed to go for it ~ had no idea where to start so I hunted around and found this layout on Techno Stamper . So here's a snap of a week of work and I had a blast once again playing in my studio! Sure hoping to hit more challenges this week (with paper that is)! So my Versamarked "En Francais" didn't really show up, good thing though...it's upside down & I'm not sure why my corner looks bent? hmmmm....picture taking is not one of my strengths :-D  Stamps: Punch Potpourri, En Francais, Occasional Quotes  Paper: Pear Pizzaz, Melon Mambo, Peach Parfait, Whisper White, DP (non-SU)   Ink: VersaMark, Melon Mambo   Acc: Elegant Lines Embossing Fold...
