Stampin' Chez Moi

What a fun week of card making ~ Christmas music playing in my studio ~ and on Thursday I had two girlfriends come over for the Christmas Stack and then continued today with more girlfriends sharing, creating and just having a wonderful time together. I love what I do and sharing it is the absolute bonus for me.   I saw this 411 Challenge  and I knew I needed to play along ~ I'm still in the Christmas theme and enjoying Christmas in October! So here is my creation ~ it is a little challenging to see in the photo, but I'm pleased with the outcome ~ I embossed Whisper White CS with the Northern Flurry Impression Folder, found in the Holiday Mini (love this folder, it's is a definite 'have to have' in my studio) ~ I then used a sponge dauber and Frost White Shimmer Paint on the embossed flurries. What a wonderful weekend of celebrating our daughter & her husbands 30th birthday! It started with baseball and then dinner at their home and an evening of 'a minute to win it' ~ What a blast!!! So now I'm looking at my calendar and yikes!!! I've got two weeks before my first Christmas Stack...and I'm not ready,  actually haven't even started, so I guess the next 10 days or so are focused on first creating the cards and then cutting, cutting, cutting ~ so much fun! Here's just a little sneek peek of a card that we just may do...hmmm...maybe We will see how the next few days unfold and then I'll make a decision...either way, I'll be ready to go.
