I found myself so busy just before Christmas creating card after card in order to finish up all the cards that I wanted to send out for December 2020 ~ well, not in 2021 ~ I was SO excited when I found a new blog challenge to follow..and so here is my first entry with the challenge from  Christmas Kickstart Challenge #45 Measurements & Recipe Card Base ~ Whisper White ~ 8 1/2” x 5 1/2” ~ score at 4 1/4” Pool Party ~ 4 1/8” x 5 3/8” ~ set aside, to be adhered to the Basic White panel once completed and adhered to the card base using Dimensionals Scrap CS ~ 4 1/2” x 4 1/2” Die cut the larges Snowflake from So Many Snowflake Dies (I use just an inexpensive piece of Staples SC and keep this in the stamp case as a mask for future use) ~ using your Blending Brush, blend in some Pool Party Dazzling Diamonds ~ 3 1/2” x 3 1/4” ~ cut three Snowflake from So Many Snowflake Dies Basic White ~ 4” x 5 1/4” ~ adhere the above mask using removable on the top right corner of your panel ~...

I was SO excited when I came across the fabulous challenge at the Paper Players#521 ~ and I'm getting in just under the wire!  Thank you so much for the wonderful challenges throughout the year! Sometimes is SO hard to take a good picture at the LakeHouse ~ I guess it's the lighting inside, so I do apologize for the ~ this is Cherry Cobbler ~  ~ This is Shaded Spruce ~  I started by stamping the Christmas Ornaments on a piece of Whisper White and then cut them out using the Envelopes Dies, this gave me my 'negative' frame ~ a sweet piece of Classic Christmas DSP adhered under and then dimensionals onto my card base ~ Yup ~ that easy ~ now to step it up I spritzed it with my Champagne Mist ~ my sentiment was from Curvy Christmas was die cut using Stitched Shaped Dies I was so pleased when I noticed that my card was a close match from the sketch at FMS 465 ~ I hope this card makes the cut! What a great time of creating with my friends on Facebook this past week ~ so this was my Monthly Mystery Stampin' Hour and I had a blast doing my Facebook live and then waited to see who played along with the sketch ~  This is Gail's submission ~ I love that you created a Sympathy card Gail  Don't you LOVE that snowman!!! Thank you Kathy ~ and it IS snowing out,  so let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!!! These are two of the cards that I created ~ and unconventional Christmas Card someone asked how the card stands up!! Well here you go!!! Oh my goodness ~ I played with two fabulous bundles today and had so much fun!  I'm looking forward to inking up the other stamps in these sets as well ~  here's a quick little peek at the cards that I created These cards were created using Curvy Christmas Stamp Set and the Curvy Dies ~ I was seriously on the fence with this Bundle, but I'm SO glad that I did grab it after all ~ did you notice the border on these cards...check out the tiny dots ...fabulous!!! These larger trees were stamped using Shaded Spruce and then Die Cut using the Snow Time Dies,  which incedentely, is another fantastic bundle! I wish you could see the shimmer on these cards ~ I spritzed them both with Champagne Shimmer Mist  I'm so glad you popped by, I hope I have left you with some inspiration ~ now it's your turn ~  Stay posted for another Product Based Class To Go!!!! I don't know if you're aware of the fact that I'm a base brat ~ an Canadian Air Force kid ~ yup that's me, I grew up in the Air Force ~ I've lived all across Canada and my father was posted in Germany for a 5 year term, so the family packed up once again as we traveled across the ocean and made home in Germany for 5 years.  This was my life, a great life of adventure, packing and moving again and again! And today is Veterans Day ~ Remembrance Day ~ a day that was always celebrated largely in the Air Force.  We would hear the fighter jets approaching and there was ALWAYS a dance in the clear blue sky that was performed every year over the Air Force base where we lived.  It was always a day of somber celebration, and so today, on this Remembrance Day, I come to you and ask that you take a moment and reflect on the reality of the men and women who sacrificed their lives so we could live in a country of freedom, peace and security.   However, this Remembrance Day feels ...
