What a great color challenge from HandStamped Sentiments #375 ~ and now here's the crazy thing, I had a card that I had created using a OneSheetWonder DSP that I had created and brought it all to the LakeHouse to create more...but when we came home after the weekend ~ I forgot to repack that ~ NOOOOOOO ~ my cards for this challenge are not with me!!!  So, back to the studio I go and what great fun I had ~ so now I have ANOTHER card that I created for this same challenge ~ maybe I'll add it after the fact ... but in the mean time .....


Here we go!!!  I love using the Blending Brushes and I wanted to create a sky scene using these great colors!  thank you for this wonderful challenge!!! I was inspired by Ruth Trice for the sky scene!


I used the retired Champagne Mist/Rubbing Alcohol mixture and spritzed the entire card panel once my blending was complete ~ Oh My ~ does this card ever look stunning in real life ~ it just shimmers!!!

    Absolutely beautiful blending! These colors are perfect for a night sky and work perfectly with the silver trees and stars! The silver snowflake is the perfect little addition to the wonderful tree scene! Thanks for playing along with us at HSS!

Hello friends and I want to wish you a Blessed Happy New Year!!!  A year filled with love, hope and peace!!! And I want to welcome you here, to the first Technique Tuesday of the year.  The call for this Technique is using the Brayer!  Oh boy, I haven't used my Brayer in years...so here we go!! Did you see this new Embossing Folder?  It's from the new Adoring Hearts Bundle and wow!!! what a Bundle this is, we have the Stamp Set, Embossing Hybrid Folder, and the Dies, that work with the Embossing Folder.  So whenever you have an Embossing Folder, that is Hybrid, well, that means you Die Cut and Emboss at the same time...Easy Peasy and AMAZING!!! So what I did was, with my Blackberry Bliss Stamp Pad, I inked Brayered the inside of the Embossing Folder, then carefully laid the Die into the Embossing Folder, placed a 6" x 6" piece of Basic White CS, into the folder!  Ran that through my Cut & Emboss Machine and voilà Stampin Dimensionals behind these sweet hearts and

I just love this new Stippled Roses Bundle!!!  I grabbed by Bubble Bath & Lost Lagoon Stampin' Blends and got to some coloring, which I do LOVE to do!!
