I love to follow Card Sketches ~ it is ALWAYS my go to when I get ready to create a new card ~ and look at this fanatic sketch from the PCC#437 ~ I couldn't wait to get started!


I knew I wanted to play with some of my new goodies from the new August-December Mini
 

I grabbed the Happy Holly-Days Stamp set and inked up the sweet bird (I'm actually not happy with my colouring, but I'll try again) I used the Poppy Parade & Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends ~ I also used Peaceful Place DSP,  Evergreen Border Punch & the Evergreen Forest EF

Technique Tuesday, Adoring Hearts ~ #denisewillerton #stampinchezmoi #stampinupcanada

Hello friends and I want to wish you a Blessed Happy New Year!!!  A year filled with love, hope and peace!!! And I want to welcome you here, to the first Technique Tuesday of the year.  The call for this Technique is using the Brayer!  Oh boy, I haven't used my Brayer in years...so here we go!! Did you see this new Embossing Folder?  It's from the new Adoring Hearts Bundle and wow!!! what a Bundle this is, we have the Stamp Set, Embossing Hybrid Folder, and the Dies, that work with the Embossing Folder.  So whenever you have an Embossing Folder, that is Hybrid, well, that means you Die Cut and Emboss at the same time...Easy Peasy and AMAZING!!! So what I did was, with my Blackberry Bliss Stamp Pad, I inked Brayered the inside of the Embossing Folder, then carefully laid the Die into the Embossing Folder, placed a 6" x 6" piece of Basic White CS, into the folder!  Ran that through my Cut & Emboss Machine and voilà Stampin Dimensionals behind these sweet hearts and
