Color Throwdown on the Chalk Board!

Well I'm slowly getting into the hang of stampin' in a tiny area...and I mean tiny...we moved from our home of 23 years just this past summer ~ my studio was 1800 sq feet, as I claimed the entire basement and it was wonderful ~ now our entire space that we're in is 960 sq feet! We've purchased a 1400 sq foot condo, but it won't be ready until March (my hope)...Dean figures May...I'll stick with my hope for now!

When I saw the challenge at Color Throwdown I knew exactly what I wanted to do with this fabulous challenge ~ and there is still time to play, so jump on in and join in the fun

The Chalk Board Technique is SO much fun...I find it SO hard to create a one layer card well, I sure think it's difficult...., but the Chalk Board Technique satisfied the one layered card for me ~
I'll be creating more of these, stay posted as I'll be posting a few more Chalk Boards ~ but in the mean time...Here is my first ever try at the Chalk Board Technique that I've entered into the Color Throwdown for this week ~

If you just humour me for a few minutes, I want to show you a few shots of our new digs ~ this picture was taken at the Human Rights Museum,  up in the tower ~ which is across the river from our 'interim home'

This 'lighted area' (in the picture below) is the tower where the above picture was taken ~ this place is massive and an absolutely beautiful building

This shot was taken on the roof of our 'interim home' on New Years Eve ~ Happy New Year all and thanks so much for popping by ~ have a wonderful day and may the Lord bless and keep you and make His wonderful face to shine upon you!

If you live in Winnipeg or the vicinity and would like to host a party I would love to come and stamp with you and your friends!! Or, if space is an issue, come here and create with me at one of my many clubs or classes! Drop me a line for further info! I'd love to meet you! Enjoy your day!
Please pop in on http://www.chezmoicreations2.blogspot.com ...you'll find a link to some knitting that I've created. Drop me a line if you have any questions!
