I enjoyed a wonderful day of creating and found three great challenges to follow ~ you should jump in on the fun ~ first I found this wonderful sketch at the Friday Mashup! great sketch Avery! Thanks!!! Dropped in on Connie & Mary and found a great color challenge and then popped in at Seize the Birthday and joined them again...thanks girls for these great challenges!




I am loving the new Lotus Blossom stamp set from the Sale-A-Bration catalogue, oh and I love the that honeycomb from the Butterfly Basics stamp set too...and Sequins...and Gorgeous Grunge...these are MUST haves in my creative corner!!!
Here is the birthday card that I created ~ I was very pleased with the card!



I looked for my Lost Lagoon Stamp Pad, but couldn't seem to find it...must have gotten lost in the move, or maybe, I don't even own it...so I used Bermuda Bay ~ hope that's okay girls ~ I'm really pleased with the outcome of this birthday card ~ jump in and join in the fun!!

Hello friends and I want to wish you a Blessed Happy New Year!!!  A year filled with love, hope and peace!!! And I want to welcome you here, to the first Technique Tuesday of the year.  The call for this Technique is using the Brayer!  Oh boy, I haven't used my Brayer in years...so here we go!! Did you see this new Embossing Folder?  It's from the new Adoring Hearts Bundle and wow!!! what a Bundle this is, we have the Stamp Set, Embossing Hybrid Folder, and the Dies, that work with the Embossing Folder.  So whenever you have an Embossing Folder, that is Hybrid, well, that means you Die Cut and Emboss at the same time...Easy Peasy and AMAZING!!! So what I did was, with my Blackberry Bliss Stamp Pad, I inked Brayered the inside of the Embossing Folder, then carefully laid the Die into the Embossing Folder, placed a 6" x 6" piece of Basic White CS, into the folder!  Ran that through my Cut & Emboss Machine and voilà Stampin Dimensionals behind these sweet hearts and

I just love this new Stippled Roses Bundle!!!  I grabbed by Bubble Bath & Lost Lagoon Stampin' Blends and got to some coloring, which I do LOVE to do!!
