A Little Bliss ~ CCMC #138 meets Inkspirations #58
What a fabulous holiday Monday I had ~ hubby and I spent the morning together ~ then he was inspired to start ripping up the wall to wall carpeting on the main floor. I'll show you some pictures in the next couple of days! We are installing hardwoods and we can't wait ~ but this will be a month or so process! So our main living area will be a 'fright' for some time, and I just need to be okay with that! So while Dean tore up carpeting I tore up some paper and I had an absolute blast! I found a color challenge at Inkspirations #58 that I really wanted to try and a sketch over at CCMC #138
I'm still on a vintage kick and loving' working with this style! I LOVE the 'Bliss' set that is available for FREE during Sale-a-bration. There was so much going on with this card that I decided to try and keep it as simple as possible in regards to embellishments. So I added one lonely pearl and really like the outcome of this. The swirl is a piece that I cut from the retired Bigz Tulipe Die, which you can still purchase at the clearance rack, while supplies last ~
Here's a little side shot of my card
And I then continued the theme inside my card ~ I really have been enjoying carrying the theme from the front of the card, right through to the envelope ~it really adds to the card.
I left the sentiment blank on purpose,
this way the card can be gifted however is needed.
Thank you so much for stopping by today ~ I hope you enjoyed your visit.
If you have any questions please let me know.
Enjoy your day!
