Look this fabulous sketch from Freshly Made Sketches #535 ~ I knew I needed to jump in on this even with the challenges of creating this on a road trip! come on in and join me on the ride!

First part of of road trip consists on knitting socks for Dean ~


and then this is what it looks like when I feel like creating cards




and here are the cards that I created while on the road ~ it actually worked out better than I thought it would ~ of course, space is an issue ~ I tried to pack as minimalistly as I could and that was a challenge!







then.... I needed a bit of spa time, and moved onto doing my nails, after all, I do have a FaceBook live to do, so of course I needed my nails done for that ~

Hello friends and I want to wish you a Blessed Happy New Year!!!  A year filled with love, hope and peace!!! And I want to welcome you here, to the first Technique Tuesday of the year.  The call for this Technique is using the Brayer!  Oh boy, I haven't used my Brayer in years...so here we go!! Did you see this new Embossing Folder?  It's from the new Adoring Hearts Bundle and wow!!! what a Bundle this is, we have the Stamp Set, Embossing Hybrid Folder, and the Dies, that work with the Embossing Folder.  So whenever you have an Embossing Folder, that is Hybrid, well, that means you Die Cut and Emboss at the same time...Easy Peasy and AMAZING!!! So what I did was, with my Blackberry Bliss Stamp Pad, I inked Brayered the inside of the Embossing Folder, then carefully laid the Die into the Embossing Folder, placed a 6" x 6" piece of Basic White CS, into the folder!  Ran that through my Cut & Emboss Machine and voilà Stampin Dimensionals behind these sweet hearts and

I just love this new Stippled Roses Bundle!!!  I grabbed by Bubble Bath & Lost Lagoon Stampin' Blends and got to some coloring, which I do LOVE to do!! I ran that through my Cut & Emboss Machine once my Blending was complete, placed Dimensionals behind, out with the Simply Elegance Trim, which is fact just that!!!  I love this Trim...it is a must have in your studio!
