I'm also joining in the fun with this great Blog Hop!!! Where we are challenged to do something
with our Cardstock and give that a little shout out!!!
Now hopefully my card still passes the challenge as it is still in the background
The first thing I needed to do was to stamp my sentiment on my Basic White Panel,
then I ran it through my Cut & Emboss machine with the Merry Melody EF.
The building of my strips of scrap DSP then began, there is no right or wrong way of doing this, once the DSP is down, the entire card comes together...you just need to Trust The Paper!!!
I LOVE embossing Cardstock to give it an extra little, je ne sais quoi ~ I sure hope you give this a go...and while you're at it, why don't you also emboss your beautiful Design Paper!!!
Here is what I created using those scraps that we all seem to collect ~
so let's gather them and create a card...have fun with this and don't over think
it as you put your steps down!!!

I quickly created ANOTHER card using strips of Cardstock that I collect in one of my pretty containers ~ there is embossing and die cutting throughout this card ~ the only DSP is the fence, so my creation is basically ALL Cardstock. Now I'm usually intimated by bright colours and wasn't sure about my card, but I stayed the course and I'm actually REALLY pleased with the outcome! What do you think?
