My father was my super hero and is missed so much 

~ so creating a Father's Day card is always difficult for me ~ 

I've created this masculine card with no Father's Day sentiment on it, but it would

for sure work as one, I hope that is okay to still submit this on the Blog Hop

I found a great starting point for my card at the TSOT#505 ~ I love to follow sketches as it helps me with a visual for my card layout ~ I truly am challenged that way, coming up with my own sketch is a real stretch for this girl, so I am always SO thankful for the sketch challenges that I find!

On to my card creation! We are a family that grew up camping and now our children ALL love to camp ~ it is so much fun when we're able to gather at the same camping spot ~ although now that Dean & I are cottage owners, we will need to crash in our son's RV for the night!!!

It's all about the morning coffee and bird watching with the binoculars for us!!!

I fussy cut each of those elements using my snips and then I carefully used my Exacto knife to cut the centres out as I wanted to be able to see through the cup and coffee pot handles as well as the binocular strap ~ and I loved that effect!
