AHSC #408 ~ Art Gallery


We have another fabulous sketch for you to follow at the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #408 ~

If you remember ~ I had mentioned that I was wanting to get out of my comfort zone!  Well, I've been too afraid to open up my tub of Gilded Foil, so today was the day!  Oh my goodness, what was I waiting for and WHY was I afraid ... I think I just found a new favourite technique!!! this stuff is amazing!  

If you take a peek at my card ~ I have two strips of Tear & Tape with Gilded Foil and then I applied small amounts of Mulltipurpose Liquid Glue to my flower ~ I love this card that I created for my Mom .... shhhh.... don't tell her !!!

Technique Tuesday, Adoring Hearts ~ #denisewillerton #stampinchezmoi #stampinupcanada

Hello friends and I want to wish you a Blessed Happy New Year!!!  A year filled with love, hope and peace!!! And I want to welcome you here, to the first Technique Tuesday of the year.  The call for this Technique is using the Brayer!  Oh boy, I haven't used my Brayer in years...so here we go!! Did you see this new Embossing Folder?  It's from the new Adoring Hearts Bundle and wow!!! what a Bundle this is, we have the Stamp Set, Embossing Hybrid Folder, and the Dies, that work with the Embossing Folder.  So whenever you have an Embossing Folder, that is Hybrid, well, that means you Die Cut and Emboss at the same time...Easy Peasy and AMAZING!!! So what I did was, with my Blackberry Bliss Stamp Pad, I inked Brayered the inside of the Embossing Folder, then carefully laid the Die into the Embossing Folder, placed a 6" x 6" piece of Basic White CS, into the folder!  Ran that through my Cut & Emboss Machine and voilà Stampin Dimensionals behind these sweet hearts and
