AHSC#371 at the LakeHouse!

Hello and welcome here!!! this is my first Blog Post from the LakeHouse and I'm so excited to share what I created following this great sketch from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge ~ I love following this site and don't seem to play along as often as I'd like....well....I'm hoping that changes ~ here is the sketch that I followed


And here is what I created using some of the new goodness that the UPS man delivered the other day!


The flower from the Tasteful Touches stamp set is absolutely stunning ~ I gently painted it using Wink of Stella ~ the camera zeroed in on the 'bling' ~ I promise the card looks stunning in real life! 
Here is our evening view ~ so blessed by this place of peace and serenity ~

Hello friends and I want to wish you a Blessed Happy New Year!!!  A year filled with love, hope and peace!!! And I want to welcome you here, to the first Technique Tuesday of the year.  The call for this Technique is using the Brayer!  Oh boy, I haven't used my Brayer in years...so here we go!! Did you see this new Embossing Folder?  It's from the new Adoring Hearts Bundle and wow!!! what a Bundle this is, we have the Stamp Set, Embossing Hybrid Folder, and the Dies, that work with the Embossing Folder.  So whenever you have an Embossing Folder, that is Hybrid, well, that means you Die Cut and Emboss at the same time...Easy Peasy and AMAZING!!! So what I did was, with my Blackberry Bliss Stamp Pad, I inked Brayered the inside of the Embossing Folder, then carefully laid the Die into the Embossing Folder, placed a 6" x 6" piece of Basic White CS, into the folder!  Ran that through my Cut & Emboss Machine and voilà Stampin Dimensionals behind these sweet hearts and

I just love this new Stippled Roses Bundle!!!  I grabbed by Bubble Bath & Lost Lagoon Stampin' Blends and got to some coloring, which I do LOVE to do!!
