Very Vintage

I've been busy this week putting a card order together and having so much fun doing so.  My studio is   one of my Happy Places!!! and when it's beautiful out ~ well, I just move my work outside, which I what I did today.  It was such a beautiful day and to NOT be in the basement (although I love my creative corner) ~  here is a picture that I took as I was sitting outside, listening to the birds as they welcomed me outside! 


Here is my completed 3x3 card ~ and the picture doesn't do it ANY justice at all ~ the flowers just sparkle with Wink of Stella all over them ~

Technique Tuesday, Adoring Hearts ~ #denisewillerton #stampinchezmoi #stampinupcanada

Hello friends and I want to wish you a Blessed Happy New Year!!!  A year filled with love, hope and peace!!! And I want to welcome you here, to the first Technique Tuesday of the year.  The call for this Technique is using the Brayer!  Oh boy, I haven't used my Brayer in years...so here we go!! Did you see this new Embossing Folder?  It's from the new Adoring Hearts Bundle and wow!!! what a Bundle this is, we have the Stamp Set, Embossing Hybrid Folder, and the Dies, that work with the Embossing Folder.  So whenever you have an Embossing Folder, that is Hybrid, well, that means you Die Cut and Emboss at the same time...Easy Peasy and AMAZING!!! So what I did was, with my Blackberry Bliss Stamp Pad, I inked Brayered the inside of the Embossing Folder, then carefully laid the Die into the Embossing Folder, placed a 6" x 6" piece of Basic White CS, into the folder!  Ran that through my Cut & Emboss Machine and voilà Stampin Dimensionals behind these sweet hearts and
