Christmas Time with Our Peeps!

What a mix of emotions this Christmas ~ Marc, Chars & Oliver flew in on Christmas Day and we shared the richest, jam pack, super fun family times together and yet my heart ached for my mother...it was SO hard to celebrate Christmas without my dad ~ this roller coaster ride is so hard to travel! I am constantly reminded of the Words spoken in

John 16:33 ‘I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.’ and in Matthew 28:20, we are reminded ... I Am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

I do take comfort in these words ~ God is So Good!

So here is just a little snap of our time together...I really enjoyed playing on MDS once again...between our big move and then hospital visits....I haven't played in about 6 months ~ what great fun I had ~ thanks ladies for the MDSM95 challenge, this was great therapy for me today ~ there is still time to play along, so jump on in and join in the fun!  Here is my page...wow...blessings galore ~ 7 grandchildren, 6 amazing adults, a wonderful husband and a beautiful mother...I am blessed!

Thanks SO much for popping in today ~ have a blessed day ~ Happy New Year!!!

  6. Really beautiful page and great memories. I lost my dad last year right before Christmas, so I think I understand the roller coaster of emotions you're going through. It's so hard to see your mom without your dad. Thank goodness for a strong family to support each other!
