She Made A Card!

Be still my heart!!! I made a card AND entered a challenge!


As soon as I saw the sketch at Mojo Monday, I knew I wanted to join in the fun! So digging through my packed boxes (organized and clearly marked), but still packed...it was an interesting feat to say the least!
So here is the sketch that I followed

and my card ~ red it SO hard to photograph...

    Well, good for you! And what an awesome card it is....I used this sketch myself for tomorrow's card! I LOVE this red paper....someone else used it today and I was reminded how pretty it is!

Hello friends and I want to wish you a Blessed Happy New Year!!!  A year filled with love, hope and peace!!! And I want to welcome you here, to the first Technique Tuesday of the year.  The call for this Technique is using the Brayer!  Oh boy, I haven't used my Brayer in years...so here we go!! Did you see this new Embossing Folder?  It's from the new Adoring Hearts Bundle and wow!!! what a Bundle this is, we have the Stamp Set, Embossing Hybrid Folder, and the Dies, that work with the Embossing Folder.  So whenever you have an Embossing Folder, that is Hybrid, well, that means you Die Cut and Emboss at the same time...Easy Peasy and AMAZING!!! So what I did was, with my Blackberry Bliss Stamp Pad, I inked Brayered the inside of the Embossing Folder, then carefully laid the Die into the Embossing Folder, placed a 6" x 6" piece of Basic White CS, into the folder!  Ran that through my Cut & Emboss Machine and voilà Stampin Dimensionals behind these sweet hearts and

I just love this new Stippled Roses Bundle!!!  I grabbed by Bubble Bath & Lost Lagoon Stampin' Blends and got to some coloring, which I do LOVE to do!!
