Long Time No See!!!

Wow!!! The last time I posted was Austin's Birthday Card ~ well now it's a birthday card for his big brother Isaac ~ Here's a shot of my sweet 4 year old with his "Thing One" hat that I created for him ~ and yes, Austin's hat is the "Thing Two" hat!!! Thanks Dr. Seuss for the inspiration for these hats!

I used the sketch from the Verve Challenge...first time I've used one of their sketches...and what a blast I had creating this. My girlfriend Darlene shared a great tip for me when I told her that sometimes it's SO hard for me to follow the whole sketch ~ she then reminded me that the sketch is a guideline and not an exact replica ~ hence my dinosaurs in the 'three circle spot'. Thanks girls for this wonderful sketch to help spark some inspiration!!!

So here is Isaac's birthday card ~ I can't believe he's already 4 years old ~ his little brother is 2....and I don't think I've ever mentioned this...as my blogging has definitely been lacking....I'm going to be a gramma again ~ Austin will NOW become a big brother ~ baby is due in 4 weeks!!!
