The Paper Players # 71 challenge brought to you by the fabulous Anne Marie was so much fun! If you've never been to Anne Marie's blog....well.....you have to! So I guess I'm suggesting (strongly!!!) that you play along with this challenge and check out the other DT members (I promise, you won't be dissappointed, these girls are amazing!) This is what Anne Marie is calling out for ~ I think I can do this?

I saw this one day as I was strolling through blogland and knew I wanted to recreate this altered milk carton. Another one of my many favorite blogs is Elaine's, she is so creative and I love to pop in on her, here is where I found my inspiration, and she also put together a fabulous youtube tutorial! So let's get busy..... as you can see, I can't create a gift box without a matching card
~ and this one is just a sweet litte 3 x 3...super fun to create ~

In following the recipe, my 3 patterened papers are from the Candy Cane Christmas found in last years Holiday Mini and then created my third patterned paper by stamping some snow flakes onto my Cherry Cobbler CS (tone on tone)....I hope that counts girls? My 2 ribbons are my Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding and Bakers Twine! My punches are the Doily & Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punches, Jewelry Tag, Stocking Builder & Petite Pennant punches (all a MUST have!) and my sprinkle of glitter are the centers of each flower and the toe of each stocking as well as the tiny bells hanging off of each stockings!

~ Here is a peek of the inside of my card as well as a different angle of my gift box ~

I sure hope you enjoy your little visit with me today and I hope you have an opportunity to play along with the girls from The Paper Players....if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to drop me a line ~ happy stampin' and enjoy your day!

If you live in Winnipeg or the vicinity and would like to host a party I would love to come and stamp with you and your friends!! Or, if space is an issue, come here and create with me at one of my many clubs or classes! Drop me a line for further info! I'd love to meet you! Enjoy your day!
