Stampin' Chez Moi

Come and join me in my studio as I create this card  ~  I hope you have enjoy my project and that I leave you with some inspiration.   I LOVE this sketch from the SSC#356 , now I flipped it onto it's side and took some liberties with the center line !!! Oh Boy I hope I'm okay with that. I've never joined the challenge for Color Dare , so I'm excited to be here ... for my 3 colors I used Poppy Parade, Pumpkin Pie,  and Peach Pie ~ then I grabbed some packing tape and covered my Basic Black CardStock and then die cut that using my Butterfly die from Beautiful Butterflies Die Do you see those sweet Butterflies in the center inspiration picture from HSS#459 ... well, that was my inspiration along with the peachy, orange colors! Hello friends ~ Come and join me in my studio as I create this card  ~  I jumped in on the challenge from  TTTC 266  and created my card with the Right Hand side grids ~ Ribbon/Twine, Basket (my DSP) and a FREE square !!!    The challenge from   The Male Room#196   calls for Mixed Media...I'm not sure if you can tell, but my Butterfly is almost translucent ~ come and join me in my studio and see how I achieved that ~ I think that falls into the Mixed Media category? I am so low on masculine cards, hence, I created my card as a Birthday card... so I also jumped in on the   STB#301   challenge. What do you think?  Did you see this fabulous sketch from  TSOT#665  ~ I knew exactly what I wanted to do with this sketch ... but let's see if what I had in my head was something that I was pleased with in the end ~  It all began with this piece of Vellum, some Stampin' Blends and Isopropyl...well,  Rubbing Alcohol ... oh how I love this technique!!! I die cut my sweet Butterflies using the Beautiful Butterflies Dies and also grabbed my NEW favourite dies ... Textured Notes for my large Fresh Freesia Panel as well as a smaller panel from the 'inked up' Vellum I also came across a Color Challenge at  PP#728 , now most of the colors that I used came from our soon to be retiring In Colors ... so sad, I love these colors!!!   and my last challenge is calling for dies or a punch from  Make My Monday#247 ...  well, B eautiful Butterfly that was die cut  ...  here we go ... let me know what you think?
