Stampin' Chez Moi

 I hope you're all staying warm and safe in the neck of the woods that this finds you in!  We are still stuck and super strong COLD snap...I don't want to be anywhere but in my studio, ...so the creativity keeps on happening and I'm having a blast!  I found 4 challenges that I wanted to join in!  So why don't you tuck yourself into your happy place and join in too!  My starting point was the sketch challenge at Global Design Project #174  I knew I wanted to play with the Meant To Be bundle and found this to join in the fun over at What Will You Stamp #204, along with the color challenge at Sunday Stamps #197 & we've got some LOVE happening here too over at Hand Stamped Sentiments #307 ...whew!!!! that was a mouth full!! My three 'pinks' that I used for the SSC challenge are Petal Pink, Melon Mambo & Grapefruit Grove! I hope I'm not the only person out there that does the following.... You get set to create your blog post, find the links for you to join in the fun....and you've missed the deadline (insert annoyed Emoji here!!!)...well this happenened to me this morning ~ the Global Design Project  #173 color challenge of Soft Sea Foam, So Saffron & Petal Pink is closed!!! But I'd still love to show you what I've created! The sketch Challenge that I joined in is from Paper Craft Crew  #323 ~ I loved joining in ~ get your creativity flowing and join in before it too late ..... just sayin' !!! For my creation, I used mostly items from the New Occasions Catalog ...did I mention that I love so many items in this catalog ~ let me know if I can get something for you! I'm pretty excited to join in the fun with these three challenges that I played along with today! Fab Friday 155 , Color Throwdown #527 & Seize the Birthday #157    I used items from the new Occasions Catalogue (not sure which ones are my favourites, I love so many of them! and then of course I used one of my FREE items from the SAB brochure ~ they go together so well ~ these cards are sprinkled with love!!!  I used the Birthday Cheer Bundle and also the Hello Cupcake stamp set!  Here is a peek at what I did ~ the Cupcake as well as the Gift are mounted on pennies and spin beautifully across the top of my card!  This was so much fun to created.  I used the die from the Sliding Door Framelits and made sure that I mounted it to cut only once! We are stuck in a CRAZY Arctic Vortex here in Winnipeg...so it's a great time to get cozy and head into 'My Happy Place' ~ I've had a blast creating our grandson's birthday card, getting ready for my next card class, and just some random creating!!! So fun!!!   I found this wonderful color combo at Create With Connie and Mary  545 and knew exactly what I wanted to do ~ I got to work and this is what I came up with! Happy New Year Everyone!!!! Hope you had a blessed Christmas and I wish you all the best in the New Year!!!  I'm so excited to be playing along with the sketch at TSOT #389 ~ come and join in on the fun!!! Here's the sketch to follow! So in the Clean & Simple Challenge, I also found these to play along with ~ CASology 325  & Less is More  I haven't done three challenges in such a long time ~ I really enjoyed creating this card, although I do find clean & simple a real challenge....so good for me to be stretched a bit (well, a lot) ... and I was determined to do this...   ~ and now for the card ~ I ran a panel through the Big Shot using the Subtle Embossing Folder using Whisper White ~ Stamped the flower image from Healing Hugs (SU) using Mango Melody and then fussy cut that out! I stamped the leaves from Healing Hugs & Rooted In Nature using Pear Pizzazz and cut that out with the matching dies and my Big Shot! I'm really pleased with
