I can't remember the last time I posted twice in the same week! I just couldn't resist these challenges, even though I'm in the midst of a crazy week, well, okay, month! I've been running and starting to burn out....convention can't happen soon enough....oh, have I told you....I'm Going To Convention! and yes, I'm yelling and So So excited!!! onto the challenges ~ Dynamic Duo & PPA157 = one great Grad Card! I am So excited I can hardly contain myself.....I signed up for Convention in July....first time going, I don't know what to expect (although my dear friend LeAnne has shared some valuable info...thanks LeAnne) and so here's what's happening so far! My DH and I are escaping town (a well needed vacation for both of us) ~ we are loading the RV and road tripping to Utah ~ road trips are our favourite vacation times ~ once we get to Utah, I have NO idea where to go as I don't have a room booked, don't have a roommate and don't know a soul ~ so I'm on my own! If I don't find a place to stay for convention, Dean will drive me each morning and pick me up late in the evening ~ I hope if this ends up being the outcome, that I won't feel like I missed out on Convention, but sleeping on a park bench, just doesn't sound to comfortable to me! I had so much fun creating last night with some friends ~ it's all about sharing for me ~ I love to share my toys and watch as my friends enjoy themselves in my little studio! The Mojo Monday sketch grabbed me the second I saw it and knew this was my starting point The next thing that was really on my mind was my HUGE stash of DP... I so seldom grab that and was determined that is was NOT going to intimidate me any longer.... so here goes! I really like the my finished card, although it really didn't photograph very well.
