An Early Morning Surprise!

I enjoy sitting quietly with my laptop and a morning cup of java and slowly scrolling through my inbox....which leads to much surfing....and a bit more....and then I heard a 'ping' on my computer ~ it's my 'you've got mail' ping (love that movie!) ~ anyway, a dear cyber friend LeAnne, left me this note (you really need to pay her a visit)  ~ here is her message!

"Hi Denise! Check this out:


You can only imagine my surprise! Other than hugs from my loved ones ~ this was a great way to wake up ~ Thanks so much LeAnne, you have put a smile on my face!
Here's a little snap of our two youngest grandsons, two little brothers, they are so much fun!

Hello friends and I want to wish you a Blessed Happy New Year!!!  A year filled with love, hope and peace!!! And I want to welcome you here, to the first Technique Tuesday of the year.  The call for this Technique is using the Brayer!  Oh boy, I haven't used my Brayer in years...so here we go!! Did you see this new Embossing Folder?  It's from the new Adoring Hearts Bundle and wow!!! what a Bundle this is, we have the Stamp Set, Embossing Hybrid Folder, and the Dies, that work with the Embossing Folder.  So whenever you have an Embossing Folder, that is Hybrid, well, that means you Die Cut and Emboss at the same time...Easy Peasy and AMAZING!!! So what I did was, with my Blackberry Bliss Stamp Pad, I inked Brayered the inside of the Embossing Folder, then carefully laid the Die into the Embossing Folder, placed a 6" x 6" piece of Basic White CS, into the folder!  Ran that through my Cut & Emboss Machine and voilà Stampin Dimensionals behind these sweet hearts and

I just love this new Stippled Roses Bundle!!!  I grabbed by Bubble Bath & Lost Lagoon Stampin' Blends and got to some coloring, which I do LOVE to do!!
