Hello friends ~ I have a quick post for you today, featuring this fabulous sketch from Hand Stamped Sentiments #416
AND ~ it's also a Birthday card, so you know what that means ~ Seize the Birthday #264, come and join me!!!


I love to create black & white cards...Here we go!!!
I actually flipped the sketch onto it's side and created my card that way!

And here we are again, but I changed the Basic White Embossed Panel with Gold!!!


 other than the Basic White & Black Cardstock, on this card,  all my items are retired, but still loving this ~ What do you think?

Technique Tuesday, Adoring Hearts ~ #denisewillerton #stampinchezmoi #stampinupcanada

Hello friends and I want to wish you a Blessed Happy New Year!!!  A year filled with love, hope and peace!!! And I want to welcome you here, to the first Technique Tuesday of the year.  The call for this Technique is using the Brayer!  Oh boy, I haven't used my Brayer in years...so here we go!! Did you see this new Embossing Folder?  It's from the new Adoring Hearts Bundle and wow!!! what a Bundle this is, we have the Stamp Set, Embossing Hybrid Folder, and the Dies, that work with the Embossing Folder.  So whenever you have an Embossing Folder, that is Hybrid, well, that means you Die Cut and Emboss at the same time...Easy Peasy and AMAZING!!! So what I did was, with my Blackberry Bliss Stamp Pad, I inked Brayered the inside of the Embossing Folder, then carefully laid the Die into the Embossing Folder, placed a 6" x 6" piece of Basic White CS, into the folder!  Ran that through my Cut & Emboss Machine and voilà Stampin Dimensionals behind these sweet hearts and
