Hello friends ~ welcome here to the Technique Tuesday Blog Hop and this months Technique is Masking ~ I haven't masked in quite some time ... so I can't wait to get going on this one!


And here is the sketch that I'm following is from TSOT#592 AND Optional Theme: Ink Blending ~ yay!!!
Let's see how this all comes together!!


I found this new Blog Challenge that I have never joined, so I decided to jump in on this one as well ~ This challenge is from The Male Room and features Nature ~ wow!!! how perfect is that!!!



So I needed a Birthday card TODAY...not sure if you wait until the last minute and look through your stash cards and realize you don't have ONE masculine card !!!  Well, that would be me, so into my studio to create a card for our friend ~ we love to camp with them, so I thought this would be a great starting point!.




I masked the moon as well as my trees, out with my Blending Brushes and this is what I came up with.  I sure hope he likes it ~ I love using my Blending Brushes and the struggle with masculine cards...all the more reason to create these more often!!!

    When I checked out the Male Room challenge, I didn't see this card on the entry display. Did you forget to link by any chance? Wouldn't want you to miss out. If you did and I'm just not seeing it, just ignore my note.

    Denise, what a great guy card you've created! Love your ink blending for the sky and use of masking for the ground!! Thank you for joining us at Try Stampin' on Tuesday AND The Male Room! I became a DT at The Male Room for the very reason you expressed about how hard it is to make masculine cards. This way, I have to make one at LEAST once a month for my stash. Technique Tuesday, Adoring Hearts ~ #denisewillerton #stampinchezmoi #stampinupcanada

Hello friends and I want to wish you a Blessed Happy New Year!!!  A year filled with love, hope and peace!!! And I want to welcome you here, to the first Technique Tuesday of the year.  The call for this Technique is using the Brayer!  Oh boy, I haven't used my Brayer in years...so here we go!! Did you see this new Embossing Folder?  It's from the new Adoring Hearts Bundle and wow!!! what a Bundle this is, we have the Stamp Set, Embossing Hybrid Folder, and the Dies, that work with the Embossing Folder.  So whenever you have an Embossing Folder, that is Hybrid, well, that means you Die Cut and Emboss at the same time...Easy Peasy and AMAZING!!! So what I did was, with my Blackberry Bliss Stamp Pad, I inked Brayered the inside of the Embossing Folder, then carefully laid the Die into the Embossing Folder, placed a 6" x 6" piece of Basic White CS, into the folder!  Ran that through my Cut & Emboss Machine and voilà Stampin Dimensionals behind these sweet hearts and
