Inkspirations + UDI Challenges

It was so much fun to play in my studio yesterday ~ the house is still upside down, but I did my best to put that thought on ignore! I did have a hard time focusing and it took me all day to create an Anniversary card for my wonderful parents!
I found a great sketch at the Inkspirations Challenge, they have wonderful challenges that you really need to check out! My colors were inspired by the UDI Color Challenge and they also have a wonderful blog that really deserves a visit!

I don't know about you, but I find it really difficult to get my creative juices flowing after I've been out of my studio for awhile ~ and I really felt it yesterday ~ but I was determined and kept playing until I was please with the out come.  So without any further delay ~ here is my creation ~

It was a beautiful sunny day yesterday, so outside I went to take these photo's ~ and yes, it was very hard for me to be in the house on such a nice day, I love to play in my garden, but my paper & punches were screaming louder than my little greenhouse and flower beds.
~ here's a peek of the inside ~

Thank you so much for stopping by today ~ I hope you having a wonderful day ~ if you have any questions, don't hesitate to let me know

If you live in Winnipeg or the vicinity and would like to host a party I would love to come and stamp with you and your friends!! Or, if space is an issue, come here and create with me at one of my many clubs or classes! Drop me a line for further info! I'd love to meet you! Enjoy your day!

  2. Wow this is truly beautiful my friend. I had the same problem creating a card this week after such a long stretch of not being in "my room". I won't tell you how long it took me to create the new card in my SCS gallery.
I love the colours you've used here and the extras touches of bling. The inside is so pretty - you have to remind which set the sentiment is from next time I see you. I really like that DP too.

  5. Very pretty card Denise. The hint of colour on the embossing looks great, as does the bling & the tiny blossoms on the inside. :)
